Dr. Jason Thomas is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience helping adults and teens work through work stress and burnout, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, adult ADHD, past trauma, and life transitions. He also works with young adults navigating college and post-college-related pressure, including challenges around independence, identity development, dating, and career direction.
Dr. Thomas takes an integrative approach, customizing treatment to each client rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method. He draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Exposure Therapy, and Behavioral Activation to craft holistic, effective treatment plans.
A trained Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher, Dr. Thomas is especially attuned to the connection between physical and psychological well-being. He works with clients not just on clinical symptoms but on building sustainable, healthy habits that reinforce progress between sessions. This mind-body approach has also shaped his work outside the therapy room — he developed and recorded a full mindfulness curriculum as a contributor to the Evenflow app, and previously provided psychotherapy and mindfulness instruction at the Center for Mindful Living in Los Angeles.
